High-level visits and contacts have been actively maintained, fostering extensive cooperation in multiple fields. Economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Vietnam and Singapore serves as a model for bilateral economic relations in Southeast Asia. Vietnam Set to See Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms Throughout the Nation (August 29)

From the evening and night of August 29-30, the area from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai will experience showers and thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain reaching 20-40mm. Some areas may even receive over 70mm of rainfall. On the afternoon and evening of August 28-29, the Central Highlands and the South will also have showers and scattered thunderstorms, resulting in moderate to heavy rainfall of 15-30mm. Some areas could receive over 60mm. The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has warned of the possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds during thunderstorms. These heavy rains may cause flooding in low-lying areas and increase the risk of floods and landslides in mountainous regions.
