Yoyogi Park in Japan, host of the ‘Vietnam Phở Festival’, is now in its prime season of the year
The park is divided into two main areas: one for trees and a bird sanctuary and one for an outdoor stage and a stadium. The Vietnam Phở Festival 2023, themed “Harmonious Flavors: Enjoying and Exploring Vietnamese Culinary Culture,” is an important stride of the ‘Day of Pho’ (December 12), hosted annually by Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper, as it will be held abroad for the first time. The event aims to enhance the global recognition of Vietnamese culinary culture, particularly pho, a Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat – usually beef or chicken.
